ATTENDEE INFORMATION

VIP Pass: $310

The VIP is by far our best value, it includes 3 panel discussions that are exclusive to VIP members ($150 value). If you’re not a VIP you can’t attend! It also includes 3 additional seminars of your choice ($150 value) and the trade show floor ticket ($60 value). Don’t forget about the tons of perks, swag and VIP booth access on the trade show floor (additional details listed below). If you’re buying at least 3 seminars this is the ticket you want to purchase.

The VIP Pass includes the following:

  • VIP PassIncludes 1 Standard Pass ($60 Value) which includes:
    • 4 Day Entrance to the Trade Show Floor
    • Escape Room City
    • The Dark Zone
    • Access to 300+ Exhibitors
    • VIP  Pass Holders will have their own reserved room & bar at the Thursday Opening Night Party which will include 2 drink tickets, food and the ability to skip the lines.
    • FREE Makeup demos on the show floor stage throughout the day
    • 4 FREE Early Bird Seminars – 1 seminar per day
  • VIP Buyers will have their own registration counter to sign up for any additional parties, events and seminars. One person will be designated to exclusively help all VIP attendees
  • Private VIP lounge on trade show floor (More details listed below)
  • Coffee, Ice Tea, Soda and Water will be served throughout the day. Assorted donuts will be served each morning. Each day Popcorn and snacks will be available in the afternoon.
  • Charging Stations & Wifi will be available in the VIP lounge
  • VIP buyers will have their own special line to get into the Trade Show Floor as well as a VIP line for the FREE Thursday Opening Night Party , Friday Night Party and the Saturday Night Witches and Warlocks Ball (*Tickets for the Friday & Saturday night events are sold separately)
  • Includes your choice of any three 1 hour seminars ($150 Value); seminar registration will open closer to 2018.
  • First few rows of seminars are reserved for VIP buyers
  • Round Table Discussions  ($150 value) EXCLUSIVE TO VIPs ONLY presented  Friday & Saturday at 4:15pm-5pm, Hosted by The TransWorld Buyer Board located in the VIP lounge. 

Panel Discussion Schedule: will be announced

Private VIP Lounge for VIP members only on the trade show floor. VIPs can use the lounge to network or just relax after a long day. Booth design & construction by Zombie Army Productions.

VIP members will also have exclusive access to Zombie Army’s entire post-apocalyptic style bunker complete with snacks, refreshments, free Wi-Fi, and may be a little peace and quiet!

VIP passes are $310 per person and quantities are LIMITED.    

No refunds and tickets are not transferable.

All Registration Payments are Final at the time of purchase. Registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable. Attendees must be at least 16 years old. A valid photo ID is required for entry.
