A VALID GOVERNMENT ISSUED PHOTO ID IS REQUIRED FOR ENTRY – Please be prepared to show a valid Photo ID to enter the trade show floor, seminars, parties & events. *Please note children under the age of 10 will not be permitted to attend the trade show floor, seminars or any our events. No exceptions!

Valid government issued Photo ID is required to pick up attendee or exhibitor badges. Adults must pick up badges for children 10-15 years old. Each person with a badge must present an ID in order to get their badge. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Attendees are not permitted to wear costumes when they enter the trade trade show floor. Exhibitors are permitted to wear costumes in their booths, but are not permitted to walk the show while in costume. Attendees may wear costumes to TransWorld-sponsored after hours parties & events. Anyone violating the costume policy will be removed from the show.
There is ABSOLUTELY NO VIDEO RECORDING allowed in seminars & workshops.

- The advantage to this pass is that you do not need to pick your seminars ahead of time, you can just show up.

Child Attendance Policy:
This show is not recommended for children under 10 years of age. The following are our policies regarding children of different ages.
An attendee fee is required for all children over the age of one to enter the event. An attendee fee is required for all children over the age of one (1) to enter the event; the fee must be equal in value to that paid by the child’s attending guardian. FOR EXAMPLE: If you have a Premiere Ticket holder and you want to bring your child, your child must also have a Premiere Ticket.
Children under the age of 10 are NOT PERMITTED to attend any seminars, NO EXCEPTIONS!
- Children ages 16 to 18 Guests age 16-18 are required to have either a state issued ID, a passport or school ID with a birth certificate.
- Children ages 10 to 15: Guests aged 10 to 15 who are children of buyers are welcome to attend. Proof of age, such as a school ID, passport, birth certificate, or similar documentation, must be presented.
- Children Under 10 Years of age: While children younger than 10 are strongly discouraged from attending, exceptions can be made. In such cases, a waiver must be signed for each child, including babies. The adult accompanying them will have a sticker placed on their badge for each child to confirm waiver compliance. The adult with this badge must be with the children at all times. Children under 10 are not permitted on the show floor or at any events without the accompanying adult that signed the waiver. Children under 10 are not permitted to purchase/attend any seminars, without exception.
- Infants (Under 1 Year): While children younger than 1 are strongly discouraged from attending, exceptions can be made. In such cases, a waiver must be signed for each child. The adult accompanying them will have a sticker placed on their badge for each child to confirm waiver compliance. The adult with this badge must be with the children at all times. Children under 1 are not permitted on the show floor or at any events without the accompanying adult that signed the waiver. Children under one-year-old must be carried in a sling or baby carrier at all times. To ensure safety, strollers are strictly prohibited. NO EXCEPTIONS!
AFTER YOU REGISTER FOR THE SHOW, YOU WILL ALSO BE ABLE TO REGISTER AND PAY FOR ALL THE SHOW SEMINARS AND EVENTS.
All Registration Payments are Final at the time of purchase. Registrations are non-refundable
and non-transferable.
All children over the age of one (1) require a paid attendee wristband equal in value to that of their accompanying guardian.
Children under 10 require a signed waiver and the accompanying adult must remain with them at all times.
Children under 10 are not permitted to attend any seminars—no exceptions.
Children 10–15 are welcome with proof of age (school ID, passport, birth certificate, etc.).
Children ages 16–18 must provide valid identification, such as a state-issued ID, passport, or school ID with a birth certificate.
A valid photo ID for every attendee is required for entry.
